Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free from damage or signs of wear

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be requested within 10 days of delivery. Should the item you want be unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized décor items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
